Avinash Kumar Bharti

IIT Delhi alumnus with 8+ years of experience across banking, finance, consulting and public finance. I started my career with SBI, working in credit analysis and SME financing, and later moved into consulting at EY, where I have worked on large-scale public finance and portfolio management assignments. I mentor students and young professionals who are trying to navigate career decisions, break into finance or consulting, build a strong professional profile, or simply understand how the corporate world works. I can help you with:
• Career planning and choosing between different career paths
• Transitioning from engineering/IIT into finance, consulting or corporate roles
• CV and profile improvement
• Consulting and finance interview preparation
• Understanding banking, credit and corporate finance
• MBA and higher-education career decisions
• Developing a practical roadmap for your next career move.
My mentoring style is practical and candid. Rather than giving generic advice, I try to understand your situation, share what I have learned from my own career, and help you arrive at a clear, actionable next step. If you're a student, recent graduate or young professional trying to figure out your career direction, I'm happy to help.
